From the Profiles App, by selecting M&A Deals from the left side menu, a list of M&A transactions pertaining to the entity is displayed in tabular form. Along with the number of M&A transactions, the following information is listed:

• Deal Number
• Target or Targets
• Acquiror or Acquirors
• Last Status Date
• Status

The table can be sorted in date order ascending or descending by Last Status date, or in order of activity ascending or descending by Status. The data can be exported to a spreadsheet file.

“Show In Groups” offers several ways that the agreements can be grouped:

• Acquiror
• Inbound Countries
• Outbound Countries
• SIC Codes
• Status
• Target
• Top Level US Classifications
• Vendor

There are several filters on the left hand side that enable the narrowing of the search results:

• Text entry box
• Last Status Date (slider or date entry box)
• Acquiror (lookup box and check box)
• Target (lookup box and check box)
• SIC Codes (lookup box and check box)
• Vendor(lookup box and check box)
• Status (lookup box and check box)
• Inbound Countries (lookup box and check box)
• Outbound Countries (lookup box and check box)
• Top Level US Classification (lookup box and checkbox)
