This is the Cooperative Patent Classification which is a coding system for patents used by the USPTO and EPO. The filter allows users to search based on the CPC codes listed on the patents themselves that are contained within the agreement. In other words, it’s a method to search for patents contained within an agreement based on the patents classification.
