ktMINE’s Royalty Rate App database contains nearly 25,000 full text license agreements all of which will contain a disclosed Royalty. This amounts to over 60,000 observations of Royalty Rates since we capture all rates present in an agreement. The platform allows users to quickly search the public domain to find comparable license agreements for their projects. Users can search by various filters to narrow down their results then view concise synopses detailing the important information in the agreements. Users may also export the results to work out of the product if they chose to do so. The last piece of this platform is the analysis center. This powerful tool runs the overarching analytics for the entire set of agreements the user is viewing. These insights help expedite research.
