Reviewing Results

• Results Summary (Royalty Rates App)

  The Results Summary displays all of the resulting agreement summaries based on your search methodology. Agreement summaries are compiled by ktMINE analysts and include highlights from the full text of the agreement.

• Agreement View (Royalty Rates)

  The Agreement View tab allows the user to view the full text of each agreement from the Results Summary. Agreement View will start on the first agreement in the set. The user can jump to other agreements by using Jump to Agreement. Either use the navigation arrows or type in a specific page number.

• Accessing Saved Searches and Sets (Royalty Rates App)

  Saved Searches and Steps in the Royalty Rates app can be viewed from the Search Center upon log in. They will not be visible when you begin applying search criteria.

• Narrowing Keywords

  The user has the option to filter the results summary further, based on Exclusivity, Agreement Type, Industries, Territory, and Associated Keywords. All narrowing filters open with a pre populated list of options based on the resulting set. Narrowing filters are an effective way to distill the results from a larger set further.

• Exporting Your Results (Royalty Rates App)

  Once you have completed your search in Royalty Rates, and are satisfied with your results, you have the option to export agreement summaries to Excel. The number of summaries available for export is dependent on the terms of your contract. The balance is visible in the upper right hand corner.
